烏俄戰爭範圍擴大到黑海了嗎？13日保加利亞黑海區域有兩艘貨船接連遭到無人機攻擊，其中一艘不幸沉沒，至少11名船員失蹤，這是10月以來黑海第三起無人機攻擊事件。保加利亞已經召見俄羅斯大使，來表達抗議。
保加利亞的搜救直升機在黑海上方持續尋找失蹤船員，保加利亞黑海區域13日接連有兩艘船隻遭到無人機攻擊，懸掛幾內亞比索國旗的貨船「HS尊嚴號」在遭到攻擊後沉沒，目前救出5名船員，但還有11人失蹤。另外一艘由烏克蘭持有、懸掛馬爾他國旗的貨船「切爾西3號」，也在同一天遭到無人機襲擊，所幸船員全數獲救。
BREAKING | 🇧🇬🇷🇺‼️‼️ Two commercial vessels have reportedly been struck by drones near Bulgaria’s territorial waters, with one ship said to have sunk and the other left disabled by damage. The vessels were identified as the Turkish-owned AZOV CONCORD and the Ukrainian-owned CHELSEA 3. Neither ship had departed from a Ukrainian port. Following the incident, Bulgarian authorities summoned Russia’s ambassador. The attack comes after another reported Russian strike last week against a Turkish-operated vessel in Bulgarian territorial waters that resulted in casualties. The circumstances of the latest attacks and responsibility for them have not yet been independently established. The incidents raise serious concerns about the safety of commercial shipping in the Black Sea. 雖然保加利亞政府並未明確指控俄方發動攻擊，但已經召見俄羅斯大使表達抗議。保加利亞總理拉德夫指出，保加利亞領海附近再次發生攻擊事件，這是絕對無法接受的。
事實上，這個月6日保加利亞黑海區域才出現過無人機攻擊船隻事件，現在又再度發生，外界認為俄羅斯可能刻意擴大烏俄戰事的戰線，歐盟和烏克蘭都表達譴責，北約也表示會適度調整軍事部署因應。
